Jaw pain/ TMJ pain

Helping your whole system relax using craniosacral therapy will prepare your body to best receive the physical treatment. Then doing focused muscle release particularly from the neck and shoulders up throughout the face and inside the mouth will allow the tissues to relax and circulation to flow.

  Because of the connections between the pelvis and jaw sometimes pelvic release is also indicated. The jaw is also a mirror for where we are not expressing ourselves. What is being held back? Often withheld anger will lodge here because the jaw is part of the fight reflex in mammals and so unconsciously it gets activated by anger. I can teach you a healthy way to move this energy through your system so it’s not getting stuck in your jaw.
